Atelier avec Klara Puski

🇺🇸 The Space Between

In yoga we often become fascinated by the destination, the pose, the shape, the “result”.
But what if the real practice lives somewhere else entirely?

In the space between.

Between grounding and lifting.
Between effort and surrender.
Between inhale and exhale.
Between where we are… and where we think we need to go.

This workshop explores transitions not as something secondary, but as the thread that connects the entire practice together. Through intelligent movement, breath patterns, energetic pathways and refined mechanics, we’ll look at how flow can become lighter, more precise, more fluid, and ultimately more alive.

A dynamic and detail-oriented exploration of vinyasa beyond the shapes themselves.
