This French virtual yoga festival is the ideal way to spend a weekend
Who said a weekend totally dedicated to yoga practice was impossible during the lockdown Certainly not the 40 yoga studios that have come together in France to create the #SaveMyYoga Festival. The goal of this special yogi virtual festival is to support yoga studios that have been closed since September and affected by confinement. The festival is the very first of its kind and will include 40 hours of 100% yoga taught by all 40 studios (Le Tigre Yoga, Yoga Village, Oly Be, Yazen, Yogaventure, Ashtanga Yoga Paris…) The festival will also offer courses, meetings, and meditation sessions. You can choose whatever style of Yoga you like – from yoga Nidra and kundalini yoga to mindfulness meditation. It’s an ideal opportunity to enjoy a peaceful moment with other followers and regain recharge your positive vibes.
The best part is that the funds raised will be donated to the Indra France association, which collaborates with organizations such as the Saint-Denis Prison Monitoring Center, the Maison des Âmes, and the Maison de l’Alisier de Pierrefitte, to help people get access to wellness workshops such as art therapy, yoga, and relaxation therapy.
From 20 to 40 euros per day for unlimited access, subscriptions to the YouTube broadcasting platform on savemyyoga.
